Who owns the Frost Heaves, this is from today's Times Argus story.
While he did not offer specifics, citing his business dealings as "a private matter," Lauzon, an accountant with Salvador & Babic, said he has made what he described as a "substantial personal investment" in the team. Earlier this year, former team owner Alexander Wolff came to Lauzon and offered the longtime Frost Heaves supporter the management rights to the team. According to Lauzon, while there are other investors in the team, and more currently are being sought, the management rights give him more of a "say" over other owners.
"Yes, I am an owner," he said, adding that in the weeks leading up to the team's fourth season, he has personally paid team members' and coaches' salaries, lodging and other accommodations. The team is staying at the Day's Inn.
"It's on my dime. I'm not saying how much," he stressed. "But my commitment to this team and this city goes beyond the norm … I am passionate about making this the best relationship it can be for both Barre and the Frost Heaves."

It seems clear in this article that Lauzon is majority share holder in the Heaves. I guess that seems to be a conflict of interest according to Paul Porier.

I read an earlier article about the Barre (?) council meeting where it became clear Lauzon is an owner. I sure am uncomfortable with the thought that he has final decision power. Lauzon is not in the same class as Alex.
