Rochester (surprise, surprise) will face Lawton/Ft. Sill in the 2010 PBL Championship. The best of three series starts in Roch on 4/22 then the next two games in OK 4/25 and 4/27 (if Necessary). GO LFS!!

Anyone else notice that Puerto Rico only dressed 6 players last night? Why take the league to court to fight for the playoff spot, and not fight to win the game?

Don't know how true this is, but i read they only brought bench players. Really really really makes me mad that they took our playoff spot and didn't take it seriously.
Just checked CREZ from the PR, Roch game. They did only play 6 players, and they were all bench players. BS

And, if you notice, one player played ALL 48 minutes, and two of them had 6 fouls. It was not going to have a good ending.

The PBL is more of a joke than the ABA. GO LFS, if the refs are from Rochester, as in many if not all of the away games for Rochester prior to the playoffs, LFS won't have a prayer.
Seems like a conspiracy by upper management to make sure Rochester is handed another championship.
GO LFS
SEE everyone in the stands.

www.metronews.ca/halifax/sports/article/507068--razorsharks-wanted-capitanes-best-team-in-pbl-semifinalThe Rochester RazorSharks are happy to be in the Premier Basketball League final, but aren’t thrilled with how they got there. The RazorSharks, who have won the past two PBL titles, beat the Puerto Rico Capitanes 132-108 on Sunday to sweep the semifinal in two straight. But the roster the Capitanes brought to Rochester featured just six players and was missing all-star talents such as Elias Ayuso and Angelo Reyes and starters Jeffrion Aubry and Andres Rodriguez. “I would be lying if I said, personally, that it wasn’t disappointing,” reigning league MVP Keith Friel told the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle. “We want everybody’s best team and best shot.” The Capitanes were expelled from the PBL on March 30 for “failure to adhere to league rules” but were reinstated on April 8 after taking the PBL to court. The RazorSharks will face the Lawton-Fort Sill Cavalry in the PBL final starting Thursday in Rochester in a clash of two of the top teams in minor pro basketball the past three seasons. The RazorSharks feature Rainmen alumni Glen Dandridge and David Bailey. ---------------- They are piling it on pretty deep out there in Rochester. Rochester wasn't 'thrilled' about the way they got to the finals...Yea, they wanted a bye, even though they weren't the #1 seed.
